Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

All return requests must be submitted through our online Return Portal so they can be properly approved and tracked. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. All items purchased on sale are final sale. Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGES

If you choose to exchange, please note that we house a limited number of quantities per style. We cannot guarantee an exact exchange, but if your exact size/style is no longer available, we can exchange it for a comparable item. 

To start an Exchange: When you request an exchange, please allow ONE business day for it to be approved or denied. Once it has been approved, you will receive an email with the address to ship back to. RETURNS 

If you choose to return for refund, you have two options for reimbursement: a.) we will issue you store credit for the refund amount minus the cost of the pre-paid shipping label. b.) we will refund the amount of the order minus the shipping cost and charge a 5% restocking fee. 

**Due to the fact that PayPal & Shopify fees are no longer returned to the retailer with reimbursements, we will charge 5% restocking fee for full payment reimbursement.

Shipping costs on refunds or exchanges are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped back to Belle Cher within 10 days of return approval.
