Shipping rates vary. Please allow 3-5 business days for all in stock items to ship.
Belle Cher will only ship to the address provided when you order. Please make sure address is correct when ordering.
Belle Cher is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, or any packages shipped to the wrong address given during checkout

2. Shipping Costs and Methods Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout and collected at the time of purchase. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
3. Shipping Times and Delivery
3.1 Domestic Shipping Orders within the United States typically arrive in 2-7 business days after dispatch.
3.2 International Shipping International orders typically arrive within 4-22 business days depending on your selected shipping method. Transit estimates are provided during checkout.
3.3 Dispatch Times Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. In case of delays, customers will be informed promptly.
3.4 Address Changes Changes to the delivery address can be made only prior to dispatch. Please contact us immediately at bellecherbr@gmail.com with any address change requests.
3.5 P.O. Box Addresses We ship to P.O. boxes using USPS services exclusively. Courier services are not available for P.O. box addresses.
3.6 Military Addresses We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS. Courier service is not available for these addresses.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that allows you to monitor your shipment's progress and delivery status.

5.3 Damaged Shipments If you receive a damaged package, it is your responsibility to file a claim directly with the courier. We recommend photographing the damage as evidence to assist your claim.
